Global Celebration of Unity: Bharat 360 Delegation Set to Shine at World Youth Festival 2024
In an anticipated week-long extravaganza, the World Youth Festival 2024 is gearing up to take center stage from March 1 to 7 at the Sirius Federal Territory in Sochi, Russia. With a lofty goal of uniting 20,000 young minds from over 180 countries under the rallying cry, “Let’s start the future together,” the festival promises a jubilant celebration of diversity, collaboration, and shared aspirations.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sirius Educational Center, nestled in the picturesque Imeretinskaya Valley and surrounded by the majestic Caucasus Mountains, the festival finds a fitting venue. Established after the 2014 Winter Olympics, the center boasts the necessary infrastructure to nurture talented youth across scientific, cultural, and educational domains.
At the heart of the festival’s objectives lies the mission to foster long-term relationships among active young people worldwide. At the helm is Mr. Sahil Kaushar, Director of the Noble Citizen Foundation (NCF), a key player not only in the 2017 Indian delegation but also as a crucial member of the National Preparatory Committee this time around. This committee played a pivotal role in selecting and leading the Bharat 360 delegation to Russia. Sahil’s leadership has helped 11 volunteers of NCF to be part of the Bharat 360 delegation.
A highlight of the Bharat 360 delegation’s contribution is the visionary project named “Window to Bharat.” This innovative project serves as a comprehensive showcase, offering the global audience insights into India’s strengths and opportunities across various domains.
Under the “Work in Bharat” segment, the delegation provides information on job opportunities, internships, volunteering prospects, visa processes, and cultural exchange initiatives. The “Visit Bharat” section invites exploration of India’s tourism offerings, spiritual experiences, volunteerism opportunities, and diverse cultural exchange experiences.
