About the project:
The project “Sharing Happiness” began as part of Daan Utsav where NCF set up two collection stalls at South Extention Metro Station and Lajpath Metro Station of Delhi metro, between 2 to 8 October, 2022. The collected items were segregated washed and gift packed. These items were distributed as part of the Diwali Celebrations among the marginalized communities. Looking at our work, NCF is now been approached by larger societies to set up collection drives. The project is now picking up speed and momentum.
Need of the project:
The major effect of Covid-19 is felt by the marginalised or poor section of the community, with many having lost their jobs due to pandemic and many being daily wage earners find very difficult to get work. Through the collection drives, NCF is trying to bridge the gap between the haves and the have-nots. Noble Citizen Foundation is committed towards providing a decent lifestyle even if they are most neglected part of the society.
Who’ll be the beneficiaries:
Families from poor, marginalized & below poverty line
