Digital Era Needs Digital Solutions

Digital Learning is the growing trend and with the fast pace of growth in digital sector, it is becoming more and more important to adapt these trends as soon as possible. Keeping this in mind, NCF started its digital education projects for the deprived and less privileged section of the community with a vision of not leaving any kid behind. We desire to impact SDG 1 (No Poverty) and in order to do that we are dedicated towards providing quality education (SDG 4) to the poorest of the poor, with the mission being that, they will have a dignified life in the future.

About the project:
We provide 3 years subscription of India’s leading e-learning platform to our beneficiaries free of cost (the e-learning platform is provided to kids who are in class 6th to 10th CBSE, ICSE & State boards syllabus, wherein, english, hindi & other regional languages are available)

Need of the project:
The major effect of Covid-19 is felt by the marginalised or poor section of the community, many kids have stopped going to school due to financial strain. In order to continue their education, Noble Citizen Foundation is committed towards their rights and will provide online education to maximum kids who can’t afford the application, otherwise.

Who’ll be the beneficiaries:
Kids from poor, marginalized & below poverty line families

Process:
1. Identification of kids
2. Registration on Google form by Noble Citizen Foundation volunteers
3. Demo classes (Through NCF volunteers kids learn how to use e- learning plateform)
4. Kids start using e-learning plateform.
5. (only in some cases) if there are no smartphones available then provide with one by crowd funding.

Charity Model:
Many would say that the charity model is outdated and less affective in the development sector. But with the rise of recent pandemic the developing nations are feeling the pinch. The poverty and hunger index suggest that more and more people round the world are getting pushed to the periphery and are finding it too difficult to manage single meal a day for their families. In such scenario, it is becoming extremely important to fall back on the charity model and try to provide immediate response to the situation.
